This one does not necessarily pertain to nightlife, but many locals will tell you that milkfish dishes are a must-try if you come to Tainan.

We managed to stop by this chain restaurant Tainan Tsai Milkfish while we were leaving Tainan and heading toward the highway. Tainan Tsai Milkfish is near the interchange. It has quite a spacious interior, and the milkfish we tried was quite good.
我們設法在離開台南上高速公路前，在台南蔡虱目魚停下來。「台南蔡虱目魚」很靠近交流道，營業空間很大，我們試過的虱目魚料理也很棒。
